For Clients instructing Counsel, a guide to our fees can be found below. These fees are Guidelines only and our experienced clerking team will be happy to discuss specific fees with both professional and lay clients on an ad-hoc basis. An estimate of costs will be provided in advance of undertaking any work. If it is not possible to estimate the final figure that will be charged for a specific item of work, an indication will be given as to the fees e.g. an hourly rate, capped fees, paperwork rates, preparatory/advocacy rates which will not be exceeded without further discussion with the client.
Any estimate given may require further discussion with those that instruct counsel to reach agreeable terms. The figures are exclusive of VAT.
