Michael Conlon recently had conduct of a case (Nottingham First Tier) involving the concept of
Sole Responsibility on behalf of an applicant from Zimbabwe.
Michael also has had conduct of a difficult asylum case involving Human Rights and persecution on the grounds of homosexuality.
Michael enjoyed considerable success in another case involving an Ahmadi Islamist who successfully obtained asylum in the UK.
