Instruct our barristers without first requiring a solicitor
In suitable cases you can come directly to a barrister without first needing to instruct a solicitor. However, some cases will require a solicitor to be instructed, for instance, in a complex case requiring a lot of evidence gathering and administration. The barrister, therefore, will choose whether or not to take on a direct access case. If you wish to instruct a barrister directly please complete the following:
Due to legal reasons at your first meeting you will be required to produce proof of identity, such as a passport or a photograph driving licence and a recent bank statement or utilities bill. A photocopy of these documents will be taken and retained.’
